Professional Journey
Connor began his IT career immediately after school, working for a Managed Service Provider in Missouri. During that time, he worked remotely while moving with his wife as she advanced her career toward a role at The Wall Street Journal.
After relocating to New York, Connor began searching for a new opportunity and ultimately found his home at Bit by Bit Computer Consultants.
His journey reflects both adaptability and dedication, qualities that continue to shape the way he approaches technology and client support today.
Role at Bit by Bit Computer Consultants
As a Systems Engineer on the Helpdesk team, Connor supports clients with a wide range of technical needs. His work can range from helping users with simple day-to-day troubleshooting to assisting the Project Team with more complex initiatives like server migrations to Azure.
No matter the task, Connor focuses on delivering reliable support and helping clients feel confident and supported when technology challenges arise.
What He Loves About His Role
For Connor, the most rewarding part of the job is helping clients feel relieved after solving a problem that was causing frustration or stress.
Knowing he can make someone’s workday easier, and help businesses operate more smoothly, is what motivates him most in his role.
Getting to Know Connor
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Connor was convinced he would become a racecar driver someday, though he says IT ended up being a pretty close second.
What are some of your favorite hobbies?
He’s a major car enthusiast and enjoys video gaming, especially online games that have helped him stay connected with lifelong friends across the country. Most importantly, he loves spending time with his wife and daughters.
Who do you admire most in your life?
Connor deeply admires his wife for her ambition, determination, and ability to balance both career and family life. Watching her pursue her goals while also being an incredible mother continues to inspire him every day.
Can you share something unique that has happened in your life?
Before turning 30, Connor was diagnosed with, and successfully beat, cancer. The experience gave him a deeper appreciation for life, family, friendships, and the small moments that matter most.

Batman
What is your favorite book?
The King, the Mice and the Cheese
What is your favorite movie?
Transformers (2007)
(Though he says the original Star Wars Episodes I–VI are hard to beat as a series.)
What is your favorite food?
A cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, pickles, onions, and fries with ranch.
Where is your favorite place to visit?
Yosemite National Park left a huge impression on him, though he also loves visiting Ft. Walton Beach, Florida.
What is your favorite binge-worthy television series?
SpongeBob SquarePants, which Connor believes might be one of the greatest TV shows ever made.
