Employee Spotlight: Michael Benhuri

Senior Systems Administrator & Project Technician | Bit by Bit Employee Spotlight Michael Benhuri-1

Each month, we shine a light on one of our amazing team members whose expertise, dedication, and personality make Bit by Bit the company it is today. This month, we’re excited to feature Michael Benhuri, a Senior Systems Administrator and Project Technician whose curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving mindset have been helping clients, and our own team, succeed for more than 12 years.

Professional Journey

Michael’s path to Bit by Bit was anything but typical. Before joining the firm, he worked in a variety of roles, from college IT work-study jobs and part-time contracting to SharePoint development and IT support for a publishing studio in New York City. It was there that he first connected with Bit by Bit. When a position opened, he applied, joined the team, and has been an essential part of the company ever since.

Role at Bit by Bit

As a Senior Systems Administrator on the Level 3 team and Senior Project Technician, Michael designs and implements new technologies for our clients. He specializes in Microsoft 365 migrations and Azure architecture, design, and migration, helping businesses modernize their systems and improve efficiency.

“I like figuring out the right tech solutions to sticky business problems,” Michael says. “Seeing people happy with simpler and well-described IT makes my day.”

What He Loves About His Role

Michael enjoys the challenge of connecting business needs with the right technology. Every project is different, and that’s exactly what keeps his work exciting. His favorite moments come when a solution just clicks, and he can see the immediate impact it has for clients and teams.
