Bit by Bit Takes on a New IT Partnership Under Trust X Alliance

For over 15 years, our being a part of this influential global network of technical professionals has enabled us to be more efficient, tap into fellow IT industry leaders, share best practices, and pass on these benefits to clients in ways that improve their operations and make them look good.

As part of Trust X Alliance, we recently crossed the border to partner with Eastbay I.T. Consulting in Canada to handle the Managed Services needs of a large European Fintech software firm that is expanding their presence in Canada and US data centers. They needed enterprise level servers and storage to deploy in Equinix Data Centers in Toronto, New York City, and New Jersey during COVID-19 business restrictions amid closing the border between the US and Canada. Eastbay was looking for a partner who was reliable, knowledgeable, experienced, and adept at client communication. We fit the bill.

Despite a very specific, tight schedule driven by e-trading and exchange institutions, Bit by Bit and Eastbay strategized together and were able to deploy over $300K of Dell Technologies equipment into two geographically separated US data centers within the designated project timelines.

Under the umbrella of Trust X Alliance, this ongoing partnership between Bit by Bit and Eastbay provided the IT solutions the client required to expand their offerings and maintain their business during challenging times. It worked for everyone.
